MyNMBI Frequently Asked Questions Now Live

December 09, 2020

The NMBI annual registration process is well underway. Nurses and midwives will be using a new system – MyNMBI -to pay their Annual Retention Fee and generate their 2021 Certificate all online.

The new system MyNMBI has been live since September 2020 but candidates and graduates with the Higher Education Institutions were the first to interact with it.

NMBI staff have been monitoring the registration process and want to make the process as user-friendly as possible. We have identified a number of recurring issues that appear to be causing difficulty for users and we have developed a Troubleshooting guide in the form of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the most frequently sought guidance via our helpline team.

The most Frequently Asked Questions are now available by clicking the link here.

We apologize to anyone experiencing any difficulties. If after using the FAQs on our website, you still feel you need further help you can call our team on 1890 200 116 Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm.

You can also email us at regservices@nmbi.ie.

As the system is new, your registration renewal is likely to take around 15 minutes as we are collecting data we have never asked for before. This information will allow NMBI and our education stakeholders to plan for the future of healthcare in Ireland. We ask for your forbearance at this time.
