അയർലണ്ടിൽ വർക്ക് പെർമിറ്റിലുള്ളവർക്ക് ജോലി നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഇനി ഓൺലൈനായി പുതിയ വർക്ക് പെർമിറ്റിനായി അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

ഇന്ത്യക്കാരടക്കം നോൺ-ഇ.യൂ. രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് അയർലണ്ടിൽ വർക്ക് പെർമിറ്റ് എത്തിയവർക്ക് എംപ്ലോയറുടെ കുഴപ്പം കൊണ്ട് ജോലി നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഇനി പേടിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. അയർലണ്ടിൽ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ പുതിയ വർക്ക് പെർമിറ്റിനായി ഇമെയിൽ വഴി ഇനി അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

2024 ഫെബ്രുവരി 1 മുതൽ ഹെൽപ്പ്‌ഡെസ്‌കിൽ DRPcustomerservice@justice.ie എന്ന ഇമെയിൽ ഐഡിയിലേക്കാണ് പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ആപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ ഫോം ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകളോടുകൂടി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്.

ഈ ലിങ്കിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷാ ഫോം വേണം ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ. അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് യോഗ്യതാ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ വായിക്കേണ്ടത് പ്രധാനമാണ്.

എന്റർപ്രൈസ് ട്രേഡ് & എംപ്ലോയ്‌നെറ്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്‌മെന്റ് ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്ത തൊഴിൽ പെർമിറ്റ് കൈവശമുള്ളവരും എന്നാൽ ജോലി നഷ്‌ടപ്പെട്ടവരുമായ ആളുകൾക്കുള്ളതാണ് ഈ അപേക്ഷ. ഒരു പുതിയ തൊഴിൽ പെർമിറ്റിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ ഈ അനുമതി നിങ്ങളെ ഇത് അനുവദിക്കുന്നു.
Eligibility

You may be eligible for permission under this scheme if:

• You have held an employment permit to work in the State
• You are currently in the State and your immigration permission has run out or will run out in the next three months
• You have fallen out of employment through no fault of your own, have remained in the State
• You have in the past 6 months held valid immigration permission and an Employment permit issued by the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment
• You are the holder of a Reactivation Employment Permit and wish to change employer. (You should note that, except in exceptional circumstances, employment permit holders are expected to remain with their initial employer for a period of 12 months before moving to a new job).

• You are subject to a Deportation Order or have been given notification of a proposal to deport you under Section 3 of the Immigration act 1999
• You are subject to a Removal Order under EU law
• Entered Ireland as a student or visitor and were never the holder of an Employment Permit
• Previously had an Employment Permit, but you subsequently left Ireland
• Previously had an Employment Permit and a Stamp 1 permission but changed your status to another immigration Stamp.

Required documents

• Copy of biodata page of your national passport
• Copy of entry stamp page of your passport
• Copies of all work permits held to date
• Copy of current or expired IRP card
• Letter from your employer or from DETE explain why you cannot renew your employment permit
