Double en suit room (own bathroom) with own fridge/freezer also. ( is like a small studio as i have added a table, kettle, toaster and microwave, dont mind sharing with roomate). I put the bed like this to gain space but can be repositioned parallel to mine, tge one against the wall.
– House has full equiped kitchen, livingroom, patio and Shared washing and drying machine. There are around 12 people living in, however is a very quite enviroment as many are working or studying. House is always kept organised and tidy.
– Room is in Dublin 6. Ranelagh. 70 beechwood Avenue Lower.
Is really a Lovely neighbourhood.
4 mins to luas, 2 mins to bus stop, 3 mins to spar, lidl, tesco express, 1 min to atm, parks, gym, etc. 15 to city center by bus or luas.
– Rent price is 450 a month to be payed every 1st day of the month, deposit is 575 (before rent was higher, thats what the former girl payed as deposit) rent will continue 450.
